Introduce:
As a new green packaging material, water-soluble packaging film is widely used in the packaging of various products in Europe, America, Japan and other countries, such as pesticides, fertilizers, pigments, dyes, detergents, water treatment agents, mineral additives, detergents, concrete additives, photographic chemical reagents and gardening chemical reagents. ADVANTAGES:

3. Oil resistance and corrosion resistance: not dissolved in most organic solvents (such as benzene, xylene, etc.) and all animal oils, vegetable oils and petroleum hydrocarbons, but dissolved in glycerol, ethylene glycol, amide, triethanolamine and ethanolamine salt and dimethylatum;
4. Elastic tensile strength: the thickness is 0.03-0.05mm, the tensile strength is 100-300kg/cm2, the elongation is 10-600%, and the hardness is less than 10. Because this film has good flexibility, can be made into various sizes of packaging forms, free packaging, easy to make bags, easy to process;
5, heat sealing strong sex: have good heat sealing, heat temperature up to 145 ℃, and suitable for resistance heat sealing and high frequency heat sealing;
6. Air permeability and oxygen resistance: it has a strong permeability to water and ammonia, but a good barrier to oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide.

Matters needing attention:
1. Dissolution rate depends on factors such as film thickness, water temperature, water quantity and liquidity. Generally, the thicker the film is, the slower its dissolution rate will be.
2. When not in use, seal the package with it to prevent moisture absorption and wrinkle;
3. The film can be resistant to mineral oil, almost all oil and organic solvents, but it cannot contact with water-soluble film for strong acid, strong alkali, chlorine free radical and other materials that can react with the film (such as borax, boric acid, certain dyes, etc.).
